Raw Rose, Pistachio & Cardamom Infused Tiramisu Cake with an Espresso & Date Drizzle
Inspired by Turkish Coffee and Persian Flavours, I have created a healthy version of the traditional Italian Coffee and booze dessert and infused it with an exquisite twist that pairs perfectly with the coffee flavour.
Pistachio sponge layers, sandwiched with Coffee Cream Frosting and a beautifully piped rose icing top. Drizzled tantalisingly with espresso date drip.
